September 2010 Solar Energy World Workshop
Solar Energy World held a free workshop covering the basics of why solar is a smart choice for homeowners. Financial incentives may cover 40-60% of the cost. Solar Energy World showed how well solar works in local climate, identify available solar technologies and financial incentives, and discuss how to choose a contractor.
Participants walked away with basic knowledge about solar energy systems and are prepared to do more focused research on their own, or start working with a contractor right away.
